I believe that some clarity is needed as to the organizational structure

of the NYBL for 2018 and going forward.

I will continue to be the President and main point of contact for the

NYBL as I have since the Fall of 2012. All teams will be dealing directly

with me through the registration process.The NYBL relationship with

Long Island Boys of Summer is to help ensure our existing Nassau

County teams have an organized and professional league to move into

once they "age out" of the NYBL. This will allow our existing Nassau

County teams to continue to play on some of the best fields on

Long Island, Nassau County Parks fields. By working cohesively, we can

continue to provide outstanding youth baseball at all competitive levels

and ages.

When scheduling begins all correspondence will be handled by our

league reps. All requests for schedules, appropriate division placement

and anything else on your mind will be handled accordingly by those

persons. Our goal is real time response which I felt was something we

needed to improve upon. I look forward to seeing all of you and taking

the next critical step as we move forward in the NYBL.

The NYBL will hold an informational/registration

meeting next week, Thursday, February 15, 8pm at

Northwell Health Ice Center at Eisenhower Park.
